Cold calling resumes?
Anybody ever heard of the idea of cold calling resumes from job seekers for rollovers, saw this on an earlier post in this topic area and loved the idea.
A) Is this allowed?
B)If yes where do you find this resource online?
I mean if you could find the information and scrub it for DNC, you could get a nice little rollover business going.
Even if it’s allowed… there’s already a couple of firms that do that: Primerica & World Financial Group.
So where do you find that kind of data?
That would be easy if you pay a major job board. Give them a call and tell them you’re looking for resumes and leave it at that. I’m sure you’ll also get search tools based on profession.
