A reasonable amount of intelligence, an enormous amount of ambition to succeed, an competitive nature, a strong work ethic, and an ability to be very focused. If you dont truly have all of these, you'll do yourself a favor by not trying to show it in an interview, becasue without these things, you will fail in our business.

What do you think they look for when they interview you? If you ask a very general question, you will get at best a very general answer....Possibly a rude answer....

Either that or some dumbass, like Potatoman, will fall for your fake questions and actually try to answer them.

They want to make sure you are attentive to details.  Basically, they want to see that you craddle the balls when assuming the kneeling position.  Because if not, what a waste your hands are.

In your dreams Bibby Hill. Like I said, get a life.

I'd bet money that you live with your parents, and the part of your weekend that isnt spent on this board, is spent tying them up and torturing them.

This conversation is over, as of now. I've got better things to do than respond to whatever bullsh*t you'll post next to rile me up. Like I said, get a life.

Yep, Hull owns prato: The dialogue that proceeded is the answer to the bogus interview question...know it/learn it/live it.

Well put, I'm hiring trainees for my own business, and find this comment to be a useful summary of what's important.

As for Bobby Hull, I read in previous posts that he acts this way because he has a small penis. So don't take him seriously, better to feel sorry for Bobbie - he apparently just feels insecure about his unit, of diminuitive nature thereof.

It's awfully hard to top a "small penis" comment. Nice job.

Be prepared to tell a great joke, like - ‘what do you call a branch manager with half a brain?.. Gifted!!’

Jul 25, 2007 12:04 am

He's still a freakin idiot. But you're correct coolshoos, small penis, and we should feel sorry for him. He spends too much time here.

Alphamale, might be BobbyHill in drag.

You've already been shamed and yet chose to engage another who is superior to you...chose your battles wisely sweetpea.

You were baited, chose to chew the chum and were put on the stringer for others to observe.  You are prey to all predators who chose to engage...you're not worth my unrelenting will to destroy you and advise you to recognize that reality: I can cash your check...now go back to the card table and finish your jello - the adults are talking.

Jul 26, 2007 12:44 am

Alpha, I just dont think so. I really think you are…ah, never mind, you aren’t even worthy of THAT comment.
