Anyone use "Excel Leads"

Has anyone used “Excel Leads” out of Sunrise, FL?

  They are supposedly scrubbed and pre-qualifed.  Of course there is a replacement lead guarantee, but we all know how that works (or doesn't).   TIA, Larry
