Just got an email explaining that the management fees American Funds has been discounting the last 4 years are no being discontinued, so there will be a 10% increase in management fees… The letter explains that it is due to the downturn in value of the investment funds… Interesting?

There are a lot of fund families that have been discounting their fees over the last 4-5 years who will probably stop. You might want to check into your other fund families also.
