FD: I don't know these NASD arb lawyers or this retired couple. Am very happy those NASD arb lawyers got their money back for them, however.

Brokers like this give the rest of you a very bad reputation as do firms like LH Ross, Sky Capital, Kashner-Davidson et al. If you ladies and gentlemen who read this are fed up with getting a bad reputation because of a few bad apples, then please e-mail Mr. Burke (nice young man) of Registered Rep and tell him to quit writing nice stories about recivist bucket shops/boiler rooms.
