Investment News---appeals court gives 'em a break.
Looks like their new General Counsel (good guy) earned his keep this year.
FD: I never worked for Gunn-Allen or any other broker-dealer. The reason I am up so earLEH is M&A action across the big pond.

I've noticed that you have spelled some words, in previous posts, with the capital letters: L-E-H. Is this a reference to Lehman Bros. or did I miss something?

I love LEHman Brothers but I never worked for them, either. It's just the way I spell sometimes.
