Firm to Settle with Client but I disagree. What are my options?

My firm wants to settle with a client but I disagree and they want me to pay for the majority of the settlement. What are my options?

Depends on your employee/broker agreement with the firm. Take a look at it. Most firms may require some form of indemnification for the firm settling customer claims or debits. And in those cases chances are you may get no say in the matter.
