Civil Lawsuit

As of right now I hold a series 7,66. My question is for do I have to claim on my u-4 that I have been in a civil lawuit in regards to a car accident that a judgement of 13,000 went against me? I ask this because I am in the process of getting the deciion reversed. thanks
