CFPs and bankrupcty

Having seen the news that the CFP Board of Standards is modifying their rules on how it deals with CFP certificants declaring bankruptcy.  So instead of "disciplinary action" they will make a public release and annotate the certificant's entry on CFP.net of the bankruptcy.  As a CFP certificant myself I am interested in talking to those CFP certificants who have declared bankruptcy and were subsequently "disciplined" by the CFP Board.  If so, please contact me off line.
