Basic question regarding licensing

I passed my series 7 in October 2005, the Series 66 in either late december 05 or early january 06. Am I eligible to take the 9/10 and possibly the 24? This morning someone mentioned that it there was a 3 year window before you could take a principals test but I always understood it to be 2 years.
