 A recent FINRA case sanctioned an RR for writing an NSF check.  Please read my blog to understand the troubling nature of FINRA's apparent advocacy for its member firms, but not an equal posture for you men and women who work at those firms.  I am sure this explosive commentary will lead to much debate.
