P&C agency

I'm a bank Financial Advisor in NYC for the past four year and have my s7, s63, s65 , health and life insurance license. I'm thinking getting a P & C license and start my own agency. Does anyone have any advice on how I should start with P&C product after I got my license. Thanks.
