Lifetime Income Plus Death Benefit

Do you know of any Annuity that provides a Lifetime income guarantee and 100% death benefit to the beneficiaries? Example: If the client pays a $1,000,000 premium, he would get $50,000 a year guaranteed for life, and when he dies, the beneficiaries would get the $1,000,000?
