Allianz BonusDEX Annuity

Any help or good understanding of the product would be helpful. Basic jest is I have a client who just let me know that they purchased this product in 2002. Finding information on it is difficult, specifically the annuitization rights, death benefits and surrender schedule.
Does anyone know where to find this info or use this product and understand it well?

Why don't you just call Allianz directly. If they are stingy with the infomation, do a fact finding with the client on the line as well. Have Allianz do an annuitization estimation and have it sent to you. Of course, with the client's authorization.
