The word is a liar

Hey bro, thought you'd be on your boat today because you don't work on Fridays.  Yet another lie.

I think Bobby's the one that did that...

Ferris takes ownership of “the word.” Let the fun begin…

Jul 20, 2007 11:41 pm

Does “over six figures” mean seven figures, or does it mean 100,000.01 (“Oh, what? you don’t count the decimal points in the ‘figures’? Oh… in that case I mean, I’m gonna make more than $10,000. But I still got Fridays off! Three of 'em! Not including vacation and sick days, 'cause I can’t take vacation starting on a Friday if there’s a holiday on Monday, and if I call in sick on Friday I need to have a note from my doctor on the day I come back to work.”)

Where is the real estate baron, the word?

He'd like us to think he's the wealthy chinese real estate guy with the bikini girls on his boat.

The real facts will come out, and they are not pretty.

The N Word has been dishonest?

Good to see you guys were in front of the computer, while i was at the beach.  I’m back.  Well, til thursday evening…

Jul 23, 2007 2:22 pm

I've got a great game for you, wordboy.  It's called confessional.  Come clean on your lies; that you're a real estate baron, taking friday off, your pay, ALL of it.

You only get one chance.

Jul 23, 2007 2:24 pm

Good Morning Sir.  I hope you had a lovely weekend.

Jul 23, 2007 2:51 pm

I'm curious how you are making 6 figures after only being a RR since Feb of 06?

Jul 23, 2007 2:53 pm

Ballin!

Jul 23, 2007 2:59 pm

But only S7 registered since Dec 06?  So the bank gig is so good that in 6 months you've managed to get your income to 6 figures? That's impressive or a lie.

He probably owns a 1200 square foot condo that throws off $10,000/month. I'll bet it's on the third floor.

Jul 23, 2007 3:05 pm

Impossible, he said in a previous post that his outside dealings will set him up for a 7 figure income.  A $100K condo won’t do that.

Jul 23, 2007 3:09 pm

Don't really need the 7.  Do alot of transactional business.  Sell alot of VAs.

With that business model at a bank, that provides a good volume of traffic, it is not hard to do six figures?

Do you have a life or business?  You most only post on the internet and do background checks.  THe last of which is disturbing.

Jul 23, 2007 3:13 pm

What’s disturbing is some punk kid coming here and telling lies.  Care to come clean or do we have to do it for you?

Jul 23, 2007 3:21 pm

I have told no lies.

1)  Don't work Fridays unless that is the only time some one can meet.

2)  Will make over six this year.

3) Sell alot of VA

4) Work in bank as an independent contractor.

I can refute anything else on a case by case basis.

Series 6 in August, 2006.

Jul 23, 2007 3:32 pm

Then why were you at work on Friday?

Denali & Boat - Real estate holdings that *will* produce over 7 figures?

Jul 23, 2007 3:43 pm

Was I?

And all condos aren't under my first name.

You are being uncooperative.

Jul 23, 2007 4:01 pm

You know, you guy(s) really are over the line with your exposing of personal information on the internet.

There's absolutely no need for it and I think you should stop right now!

Its rape of privacy! Its over the top.

Somebody lied on the internet, Oh horrors! Smack the crap out of him rhetorically, find a way to to discredit their posting, but don't go looking into backgrounds. There's no call for that.

Registered Rep should be aware of this because they are liable. If you guy(s) posit too much and it has a detrimental impact upon his livelihood, he has a good case of "Detrimental Reliance' against the RR, because they don't have an active administration of these boards (an active administrator should shut your posting privleges down and delete all personal references you have made. But since they are not here...)

I do feel quite naked.  But i believe these guys to be professional enough to rip me without it being detrimental to my livelihood.

Thanks though!

Jul 23, 2007 4:22 pm

whomit this doesn’t concern you.  Unless you WANT it to concern you.

Congratulations, you just pulled the trigger.

Jul 23, 2007 8:03 pm

For VA's, you do need the 7.  At least we do in my state.  I thought without the 6 or 7, you could only sell fixed annuities.

I have rarely met a wealthy individual who would indulge as a braggadocio about their wealth. This behavior was considered typical of the Nouveau Riche.

Act like you have been their before. Most of the wealthy that I know have no need to flaunt.

So we have to either believe that you have a lack of self esteem that drives you to boasting in order to feel secure, or you lack manners having the need to flaunt your apparent wealth, or you are being dishonest and your claims are bogus.

There is one other and in my opinion most likely scenario. You are enjoying a bit of hyperbole at the expense of many of us in this forum. You receive enjoyment at getting a rise out of those of us who unwittingly take the bait.

Done preaching…anyone else want to use the soapbox?

Jul 25, 2007 4:53 pm

Shadow 191.....you don't need the 7 for a VA.  You do need it for a EIA b/c the undelying contract will purchase options in the equity market.  The VA is mutual funds and only need 6 for that.  Don't sell any EIA.

Wrong. No 7 necessary for EIA's.

You need a life insurance license to sell EIAs and a life and Series 6 to sell VAs
