What is Most Important in Your Job?

So, what are the most important things to you in your current position as an advisor? I'm not talking about helping clients as we all do that. What are the reasons you love getting out of bed every morning and heading into your office, or cube?
Is it the pay? Controlling your own schedule? Working on your own? Working for a larger organization? The thrill of chasing new clients?
