Series 7 prep

Hi,

Good evening. I come from the group that believes the Series 7 is a tough test. I believe I can pass this test with plenty of effort, however my confidence is dwindling after reviewing my end of chapter test scores. For those of you who have successfully passed this exam, is it normal to score 44-60% on the first attempt of these end of chapter exams? I believe that effort, practice, and good tools can overcome lack of knowledge.  But I'm just wondering if these scores are reflective of those who ultimately pass or are my scores way belong what they need to be on a first attempt?
