Separate Acct Manager with Option Strategies

Can anyone here recommend a Separate Account Manager that also utilizes option strategies?

I've come across a couple of buy-writes, but I'm also curious to see if there are managers that use spreads and other strategies too.   Have a client that has been doing it himself, but is finding it too time intensive and costly.  I don't want to do it - so I thought SMA could be a possible solution.   Any help appreciated.
