Regional Bank FA vs Staying at Large Wire-house

Hello all, I have worked for ML for 3 years and became part of team over the past year. A friend works for a reginal bank as an Advisor and he really wants me to join him. He has 75AUM roughly. I am torn to stay part of team and grind it out and ML or take the route with my friend a reginal bank as an FA. Any input on either side?
