OTC and PK Stocks; Your firm's policy?

Just curious what the policy is at everyone’s firm regarding otc and pk stocks. Can’t be done at all? Only with prior approval? Only unsolicited? No restrictions?

Under $2 - unsolicited

I can sell someone out of any position. I can’t buy anything under $2 and it is always listed as unsolicited.
