I like that Edward D. Jones is the sort of shop that hires women, minorities AND the retarded! (I'm sorry, I meant autistic)!
Yikes...that assistant looks like she's straight off the East German olympic power-lifting team...
...and the goofball from "headquarters"...that's the kind of co-worker I worked hard to escape...he reminds me of a yappy little dog that whizzes on everything. Call me shallow, but if that's the card I get in the mail, I lose interest quickly.

I'm still laughing...that was a good one!
Maybe IMUS could be the EJ spokes “person”.

I am an East German Olympic powerlifter and am offended...
Well? Where should I start? This sure is a target rich thread.
OK BH I’ll give you props that was a good one…

If I jump into this one, I have a feeling it will be a very large time commitment.
Be strong. Resist the urge. You're already in hot water for being such a meanie with that other guy.
I was not aware that EDJ hires blacks.

Joe, I feel myself yielding to the urge.
Yeah, but you already know that you can hit the easy ones.
Yeah, but you already know that you can hit the easy ones.
They're all easy. In fact, I could just attach my comments the back of a dog....
let me get this straight: postcards like the ones we already get with realtor's pictures on them!
Well, joedabrkr could use his tgp avatar photo-that would be cute.
Sillyogolfballhette just needs to get a pose with a nine iron.
I imagine BH's postcard would be like Hugh's: have all of his playmates gathered around him by the pool.

I am a little tired of the constant pursuit of new recruits. Again we are behind the 8 ball on this comical method of communication. I have been getting post cards from other firms since '01. Next they will have add this to the diversification contest, # of sent post cards. Please choose a card below. Financial Advisors

Oops, I was trying to figure out how to send Imus a postcard. That first postcard may through him off, I believe<1% of investment representatives are black. The second one may remind him of management and well he is a little pizzed at them now, and third one, well she’s just scary.
I'm guessing a lot of BOAs could be mistaken for East German powerlifters.
Sharpton said either you put chocolate on top or I will start the march. So EJ said, “Chocolate will be on top of a joker.”
Chocolate on top of da cracker
These are the best forms of advertising I have ever seen!!! Send millions of these out…and you to can hire 250 per month and have negative growth…YAHOOOOOO!!!
Does EDJ pay for the postage or do they stick you with it!
Bill: How you doin Charlie?
Charlie: Great Bill, How's it by you?
B: Terrible! The factory down the street closed and now nobody within 30 miles wants to do any investing, they say 'I want to stay liquid, just in case'.
C: Man, that's too bad.
B: So whatt'r you doing for gross these days?
C: I just opened 75 Rollover accounts!
B:?????
C: Yeah, I heard of this factory a couple of towns over that was closing, so I sent out a whole bunch of those "Employment opportunities" cards. Funny thing about people looking for a job... they generally have a 401k at their last job. They called me, interested in getting a job, and while I was taking down their information, I populated an IRA Rollover New Account form. From there it was slam dunks ville!
B: Grrrrr...
C: I'm goin to Disneyworld!
Dam your smart!!!
