Multi-Financial Payout
I've been in talks with an OSJ manager of Multi-Financial Securities to join his firm. For negotiation purposes, does anyone out there know what the typical payout for an OSJ office at Multi-Financial is (1 million+ GDC)? Also, how does that compare to non-OSJ payouts (if I were to just go it on my own at Multi-Financial)? I guess I just want to know what the difference in payout is between non-OSJ and OSJ so I have an idea of what a fair payout to accept is.

Does anyone know what firms are paying to move and transition assets. Is there a range? I know upfront bonuses were 1% to 3% a couple years ago...how much in 2011 and what is asset or production requirements.
