Can anyone provide suggestions as to what provider or platform will allow me to offer mortgage services & Lending products in the state of Virginia as an Indy... Currently my Indy B/D that I have hired does not offer these types of products and services in Virginia. Based on my due dilligence, there would not be a compliance issue as well.
