Million dollar producer

Can anyone tell me the fastest they have seen someone get to $1mm in production. I am talking about people who did it without mega connections.

I saw a guy do it in four years. Spent, at minimum, 8 hours/day cold calling. He moved from AGE to SB and received a pretty nice check for the $1.05M he was doing.

Buy a book.
Cold calling has a VERY poor yield.
