Metals?

Wondered if anyone had any take on why Gold and Silver have been doing well in the last few weeks. Is it the Hedge Funds? The talking heads on CNBC acknowledging the metals? The general public starting to realize that mining shares do exist? . One so called "expert " on CNBC even thinks that its the institutional money that is starting to put some money to work in the upper tier companies that mine at a profit. GG, PAAS, SSRI, and GFI to name a few.

In case you didn't figure it out , I meant to include not only the price of silver and gold, but some of the stocks as well.I should stop drinking coronas and trying to post!!!!!!!

GLD is one of my top five holdings. I also have a number of the mining companies. Looks like it is up again this morning

I have been pulling profits out of Gold stocks this year. I am still sitting on some that have doubled. But I am close to pulling the trigger on them! Gold will probably go higher but I think it is a fools game from here on out! Just my thoughts! We made our money and will try not to look back!

I cant believe your’re doing that Greenbacks but time will tell if you are right. Why not just put in some close stops? It isnt going to gap down. The resistance in gold is going to turn into the support in my opinion.
