LPL- Is there a downside?

First of all I work for myself not LPL.  LPL is my B/d.  They have wonderful technology and great tools for there reps.  LPL doesn't try to run the reps business.  There goal is to give people like us the tools to be sucessful.

 I haven't noticed any difference post sale.

Are you thinking about going Indy? 

I am with LPL also we do not know if the sale will change things!

 They sold to a venture capilist so we all know where that will take us some day! But it would also be the death of LPL to change to much most of the reps left wire house's to be free from crap pushers and the product of the day salesman!
