Looking for a chart

I have searched my bookmarks and searched on this site. A few months ago someone posted a link to a chart they compiled I believe monthly.  It basically charted market sectors breaking it down to positive and negative performance (not measuring them) on a monthly basis. Anyone know what I’m talking about or know where there is another chart. This was one was very simple.  I know there are many tools out there where I can recreate such a beast…but why reinvent the wheel?
