Indy B/D with no minimum?

I've done some research and come up with a few, the general info on the internet is vague so I need to start calling for specifics next week. Can anyone reccomend independent broker dealer with no production minimums?

Ice makes a good point… A lot of broker dealers(LPL,Waterstone,Next… etc…) will take you if you are under the OSJ(he/she will decide your payout, which will probably less then what they offer most people because you don’t qualify)…
