If you started over, how would you start in the biz?

Knowing what you know today with all your experience - curious if you had to start over from scratch ($0 in assets and could not call any natural markets/past clients - so you're really starting from nothing), what would be your action plan to ramp up as easily/safely as possible or would you avoid re-entering the industry completely (if so, curious why?)?
