Geneos
Does anyone have a good or bad opinion of Geneos? Compare to LPL- Primary business: VA’s, MF’s, Fee Base

One of the top 5 indy BDs last year (respective to its size category). Not a bad place, but you may find the same culture with better tech and support at a decent mid-sized BD. I've heard nothing bad of any of the top 5 (I have done a significant amount of work with one), but it will simply depend on your business.
Avg production is $150k/rep, three years into existence, compliance driven to make life a little easier. It was started by Russell Diachok (current CEO). He and his dad founded MultiFinancial and sold it to ING in the late nineties.
