EE bonds

Have a prospect who came in with a stack of EE bonds. Govt. web site explains how those can be redeemed, (through the mail or online) but prospect is not savvy enough to turn on the computer.
Is there physical location where you can either turn those in or get somebody to hold them electronically?

They can be redeemed at a bank. I don’t think anyone will custody them.

Bring em to the bank. They’ll inventory them and give you a check and a statement showing accrued interest, etc.
