I hear that it is kind of like working at a neighborhood credit union…only larger.

I hear that they put lofty production goals on you and if you dont hit them they are very tough on you.  Pressure can be to unbelievable.  I had a close friend work for them and he did alright he just got burned out because of the constant pressure to increase production 30% year over year.  He was producing well over 500k per year.
