China Real Estate Fund

Anyone know of a fund(s) that specializes in Chinese real estate? I have looked but can’t find anything specific to this.

I don’t mean to be dense, but isn’t most of their land government owned?

Alpine International Real Estate. Not exactly what you’re looking for, but similar story I think.

Yeah, I am familiar with most of the Int’l RE funds. I was just curious of any that focus on China. I have a client asking, so I just wanted to check around.
