Anybody know the best places to work in Boston? What's typical base salary + commission % you get to keep at a company like MSSB for someone starting out? I have a 7 and 66 and I'm looking to move to a firm in Boston. I only have a year of experience at a smaller firm, any idea what my options might look like? Would I get a slightly higher base salary than someone just starting out since I'm already licensed?
