Best Current Books on the Markets

I just read David Swensen’s “Unconvential Success” and wasnt all that impressed.  It basically stated the obvious case for asset allocation and then divulged into the evil of mutual funds (true, but nothign new here).  It made some good points but wasnt that insightful.   I expected more from the Yale guru. What are some better books about the markets?

Fooled by Randomness - The Hidden Role of Chance in The Markets and Our Lives" by Nassim Taleb.... must read for every broker before they start believing their own BS!

BTW - Swensons first book on Institutional Management was better.
