Asked to write my term sheet

I'm a highly experienced portfolio manager that is looking to manage money using ETFs, closed-ends, and futures to make strictly top down risk controlled portfolios.  I've helped reps close a lot of biz, but never had my own book of clients.  Now I'm looking to affliate with a new firm to start up my product.  One asked me to write a term sheet up, and the other will be coming with a proposal soon.  Any advice on what is reasonable?
