AIG or ING Independent Channel

Does anyone know anything about the above B/D's?? If so what's the experience been like?

I looked at them both and chose ING. I'm pretty happy with them. I like their technology, back office support is ok and like their hands off attitude. They leave me pretty much alone unless I ask for help and then they are helpful.
