…the engineer

Favourite one is when we presented a letter of engagement with the client and he was able to disect the letter with 15 comments that he wanted clarification on (some which were valid points).   Be sure to brush up on definitions of alpa, beta, correlation coefficient and keep notes on every conversation, they are!

Try not selling on a technical basis.  I have a LOT of engineers as clients.  Just don’t play their game.

Engineers are fun. Better - accountants.

Isn’t Mike Meyers Canadian?

Oct 7, 2009 6:42 pm

Nope. He escaped from an asylum in his Illinois hometown 15 years after murdering his 6 year old sister.

Spaceman Spiff:

Isn’t Mike Meyers Canadian?

I thought he was Scottish. "If it's NOT SCOTTISH, it's CRAP, and THIS, is NOT SCOTTISH!".

Mike Meyers does make that list, though I don’t think he maintains a home here anymore. Shania Twain, William Shatner, and most hockey players all make the list. If we can lay claim to XYZ celebrity in some way or another, we will

OK, Ferris, how do you go from reading about Pam Anderson back to engineers?  The two topics couldn’t be farther apart.  Unless you’re trying to figure out how the doctors got those things to stand out like that without some sort of structural support.
