Founder and Manager, Philanthropic Fusion

Richard E. Haas M.S. (taxation), Founder and Manager of Philanthropic Fusion, LLC began a career focused on estate planning in October 1969. In 2015 he founded Philanthropic Fusion, LLC as a national consulting firm focused on advanced charitable planning.

In the late 1980s he began to focus on charitable planned giving, and implemented plans including charitable remainder trusts, family foundations, and supporting organizations. In 1998 he authored Advanced Wealth Transfer Under New Tax Laws, published by Bonus Books, Inc. In November 1991 the San Jose Business Journal published a column, “Community, Family both Benefit from CRTs.”
