Mary E. Vandenack is the founding and managing member of Vandenack Weaver LLC in Omaha, Nebraska, a tax, trusts and estates and business planning boutique. Mary practices in the areas of tax, estate planning, asset protection planning, business succession planning, tax dispute resolution, and tax-exempt entities. Mary is regular speaker and writer in her substantive areas of practice as well as on the advancement of technology in the legal profession. Mary recently served as Editor-in-Chief of ABA Law Practice magazine.
