The Securities and Exchange Commission hired Julie Zelman Davis as deputy director of the agency's Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs, where she will serve as a liaison between the Commission and Congress. The Securities and Exchange Commission hired Julie Zelman Davis as deputy director of the agency's Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs, where she will serve as a liaison between the Commission and Congress. Prior to joining the SEC, Davis advised Senator Carl Levin on financial legislative matters.

Nobuyuki Hirano will join Morgan Stanley's Board of Directors as the director. Hirano was nominated by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, which made $9 billion equity investment in Morgan in October. Hirano is a director of MUFG and a Senior Managing Director of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ.

Sanjiv Mirchandani was named president of National Financial, Fidelity Investment's clearing firm. Mirchandani, who takes over for the retiring Norman Malo, was previously president of Products and Marketings for Fidelity's Personal and Workplace Investing business.

Genworth Financial Wealth Management appointed Cameron Miller as chief financial officer. Miller most recently was a principal at Lovell Minnick Partners LLC in Los Angeles. Earlier in his career, he served as interim chief administrative officer for Berkeley Capital Management LLC.
