Growth versus Value? Last 10 Years Goes to Value, Small-Cap Value

It's a little like religion, investing theory, since there seems to be plenty of data to mine to prove your beliefs. But, interestingly, Lipper, via Investor's Business Daily [2](one of the best paper's in the country), says that over the past 10-years through April, small-cap value funds have handily outperformed various other strategies, returning a spectacular 9.54%. The S&P 500 was flat. Of course, the returns of all fund indexes have been goosed by the rally that began last early March.
