M Securities named Brian Bristow vice president of Resources. Bristow will be responsible for supporting the business of member firms affiliated with M Securities by overseeing relationship management, due diligence, and transitions.

Cetera Financial Group, the independent b/d network formerly affiliated with ING, hired Schwab Advisor Services veteran, Barnaby Grist as executive vice president of wealth management. Grist was former senior managing director of strategic business development for Schwab's RIA custodian business.

Bank of America hired Kunal Kamlani as head of global investment solutions. Kamlani will report to the firm's president of global wealth management, Sallie Krawcheck. Kamlani previously served as Citigroup Smith Barney's managing director and chief operating officer.

Hartford Investment Management Company continues to strengthen its investment management capabilities with the hiring of Joseph Darcy as executive vice president and sector head of municipal finance. Prior to joining Hartford Investment Management, Darcy was at BNY Mellon Asset Management.
