Position Responsibilities: Recruit, coach and develop a team of Private Bankers who are responsible for managing moderate to complex banking relationships with high net worth customers. Assigns accounts and ensures relationships are managed according to customer objectives and company policy/procedures. Works with Regional Credit manager to analyze financial, tax and credit needs of customers, monitors customers changing needs and coaches to strategies that utilize company products/services. Manages cross-sale ratios and account retention within team. Develops new business through existing customer base and interaction with external resources. Works with Client Service Manager to assess appropriate staff levels including selection and development.

Education and Certifications/Licenses:
Bachelors

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:
10 years of Private Banking experience. Minimum of 3 years experience managing a team of Private Bankers. MUST be formally credit trained.
