Position Responsibilities: Develop and maintain commercial relationships by offering a full range of loan and ancillary services to existing and potential clients. Market bank products including but not limited to private banking/investments, capital markets, and treasury/cash management solutions. Complete credit analysis and presents package to senior management.

Education and Certifications/Licenses:
Bachelors, None needed

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:
Consistently produce a minimum of $7,000,000 in business lending (lines of credit, equipment or real estate) loans per year. Target loan size is $75,000 to $2,000,000.00. Concentrate on companies with revenues up to $15,000,000. Must be a graduate of a bank sponsored training program, have equivalent credit experience or successfully completed RMA /Omega business credit classes. Independent credit analysis of varying levels is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive business development experience in a mature bank sales culture. Over 80% of daily tasks include business development responsibilities. Extensive experience selling ancillary products is needed.
