Base Salary: 75,000-135,000
Bonus & Incentives: Bonus is paid on a percentage of revenues. The advisor will receive trailing bonuses on the business that is brought in as long as the client remains with the firm.
Position Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have experience in networking and business development in the wealth advisory field in Columbus, Ohio. Person must be able to meet with high net worth individuals and be seen as a trusted advisor. Spheres of influence include CPA's, attorneys, foundations, and various civic and professional organizations.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, cfp or cfa or cima
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of five years experience as a wealth advisory professional. Must like business development and prospecting new clients.
Preferred Qualifications: Someone that comes from a fee based or trust advisory practice. Understands open architecture wealth advisory and is a solutions oriented thinker not a product pusher.
Additional Comments: Well established financial firm with just under $1 billion in AUM. The firm offers wealth advisory sevices, Tax and third party services in the 401k and employee benefits arena, their own portfolio managers that manage five different funds, and other services. Entrepreneural environment with the opportunity for the successful candidate to create their own career path.
