I think if 100 semi intelligent people read this,  My guess is majority would say the brokerage division is not his main priority.

The end of the article indicates doing what is right for customers,employees and shareholders. If it had added " in that order" you would have the AG Edwards business model. Go in reverse order and you have the Wachovia bank model and I fear the Wachovia securities model up to now.
