Not sure how many times I will say it but STOP talking about BAC signing the protocol like it means anything after any new agreement is signed with them.

YOU ARE DELUSIONAL if you think that BAC signing the protocol buys you any leeway to leave and take your clients if you signed a new employment agreement or took upfront money from BAC.

Your soft underbelly will be a nice target for their attorneys if you think giving back the money satisfies your obligations and you are now free.

If you waited and signed up and then think you are going to leave on your terms you are, as the Dutch say in the Nederlands,....Fooooooked.

tradah,

I am in the exact mess you are describing with BAC. Your efforts to educate them are admirable but it is a waste of time. They are in denial and in a year we will be reading on these forums what a f$*kup most of them made and it will go on for years afterwards.   In the meantime, I am going to sit back and watch the circus unravel. Someone should produce a reality show, it would be a huge hit.
