These TD Ameritrade commercials that keep on showing on March Madness where they tout "I can speak with one of their retirement experts, whenever I want to", etc.  Are these people no different from any other companies call center folks?  I can't imagine someone who has "retirement expert" as one of their qualifications sitting in a TD office waiting for some clueless customer to call them asking why their Roth IRA had a $40 custodial fee taken out last month.

They are inbound telemarketers sitting in a cubicle taking calls on their foam ear covered headsets.  The only difference is they studied 6 hours for a test, passed, and now are the experts.  They will likely get hired by the government next to fix our fiscal issues.
