Does anyone work at Securities Service Network (based in TN)?  They advertise a 100% payout on brokerage accounts and 95% payout on accounts held at the fund company.  Their affiliation fee is higher than other B/D's, but it seems that for a growing book of business having slightly higher fixed costs, but a higher payout would be better.  Just curious if anyone works there or did work there and knows anything that I should be aware of.

Second question...Will anyone that has worked at a small/mid size firm like SSN comment on if the "small" size was a problem?  In other words, did the service you received from a smaller firm sound good during the recruiting process but not play out in real life?
